Learn how to make your own copper plant stand using industrial copper piping. The plant stand measures 13 cm in height.
Firstly, you'll learn how to mix the eco resin ingredients to make terrazzo chips. Then you will cast a square or oval tile. This can be terrazzo style, marbled or a single block colour.
Whilst the tile is drying, you'll learn how to cut the copper pipe, put the stand together and then finish with wire wool and ketchup!
We'll pause for light refreshments, and then we'll de-mould the tile, sand it and then polish.
You may want to bring an apron as the colour pigments will stain.
The workshop will take place in our home studio which unfortunately has limited access (upstairs loo only & high step into house). When restrictions have been lifted on group sizes, we will return to venues with good access.
Class sizes are kept to a maximum of 3 people.
Please bring a mask with you to wear during the session. If the weather is good, we can work out in the garden.
