We're really looking forward to welcoming you back to our in-person workshops, but understand you may have worries about mixing with people outside of your bubble.
Keeping You Safe
We have carried out a risk assessment of our studio/venues, and have made sure we adhere to government guidelines for safely opening our studio for workshops.
When you arrive, we will ask you to wash your hands or use hand sanitizer, before you enter the working area.
We have limited our workshops to a maximum of 2 people, unless you are all from the same bubble, in which case, maximum numbers are 4 people. You will be working side-by-side, at least 1 metre apart.
Our home studio is cleaned and disinfected thoroughly before each workshop. We will only be running one workshop per day to allow for thorough cleaning.
Safe Working Area
Hand sanitizer and wipes will be available for each person to use in their working area. Paper towels will be provided to dry your hands on after washing and after using the toilet. We will disinfect the toilet area and toilet after each use.
The studio is kept well ventilated with both the window and door being open to encourage dual air flow through the room.
As of the 24th July 2020 it is now compulsory for masks to be worn at all times within an enclosed indoor space. This is applicable to your workshop.
Please can you wear a mask upon entering the building and only remove it when you have left. You tutor will be doing the same.
You will be working from a ready prepared craft kit, to avoid walking around the room and to prevent sharing of tools and materials etc. Where there is a choice of materials, we will have separate boxes containing the same elements for you to choose from.
Refreshments will be in pre-packed portions, which you can eat using a disposable plate. Hot/cold drinks will be served in disposable cups.
